Preventive Cardiology
The Preventive Cardiology Clinic offers programs for adults who are at risk for heart attacks, strokes and other cardiovascular diseases — as well as for people who have experienced cardiovascular problems. Located within Abbott Northwestern’s Heart Hospital, Preventive Cardiology is staffed by cardiologists, advanced practitioners, nurses, dietitians and exercise physiologists. Together they create your own individualized “Heart Healthy Plan.”
